PRO TIP! IF you do not have Out Of Network Benefits, STILL CALL your insurance company and ask for an "Out of Network Override."  If you're having difficulty finding an In-Network provider, tell them this AND ask them to "locate a provider" for you (chances are they may not be able to find you one) and then may be guided by their policy to cover your visits.  You won't be the first person/couple I've seen who is FULLY REIMBURSED under this approach!
